Yes. Every process serving order includes up to 4 attempts at varied times, with a status update after each attempt.
What if the person moved?
We offer in-house skip tracing to help locate an updated address. Service at a new, different address may be billed as an additional address.
Do you provide affidavits?
Yes. Every serve includes a court-ready affidavit of service, along with GPS and photo documentation of each attempt.
Are there travel fees?
For process serving, rates are flat statewide for standard addresses, no separate travel fee. Remote locations or special handling may affect the final quote. (Mobile notary visits add $0.95/mile.)
Do you serve outside Cook County?
Yes. We serve statewide across Illinois at the same flat rates, not just Cook County.
